Founded by BAFTA nominated producer Tim Holloway, Rather Curious Films (RCF) is an Independent production company developing film and television projects.

A family affair...

Tim Holloway studied English Literature at the University of York before training as an actor, working in theatre in the UK and Italy, broadcasting for BBC Radio, and working on commercials in Switzerland. He has an MA in film production specialising in directing from the Northern Film School (Leeds) and the Polish National Film School (Lodz). He read scripts for Handmade Films, directed short films before directing and then producing TV drama earning a BAFTA nomination in 2007. He teaches film studies and lectures in film production and taught film acting. Tim has recently returned to script development and is writing feature scripts and series drama with a view to future production.

Verity Holloway is a musician and filmmaker. She studied music at the BRIT School in London and played double bass to grade 8, she writes original songs, performs at small venues in London and at festivals in the UK. She recorded her EP, Siren in Berlin where she lived during the Pandemic. Verity has a strong following on YouTube for the dreamlike idiosyncratic films she makes of her life as a musician in north London. Currently she is working on a number of projects including: an album, short films, music videos and a musical.
